Scanomat Partners is the exclusive authorised distributor of Scanomat TopBrewer, TopWater, TopJuicer, and TopHealth products in Georgia and Uzbekistan. We operate the websites scanomat.ge and all sub-pages (the "Site").

2. What Data We Collect
We collect data in two ways:
- Data you provide directly - when you fill in our contact form: your name, email address, phone number, venue type, and any message you write.
- Data collected automatically - when you visit the Site: your IP address, browser type, pages visited, time on site, and referring URL. This data is collected only after you give cookie consent.
We do not collect payment information, government ID numbers, or sensitive personal data.
3. Why We Collect It (Legal Basis)
- Contact form data - to respond to your enquiry and, if applicable, prepare a commercial proposal. Legal basis: your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Analytics data - to understand how visitors use the Site and improve it. Legal basis: your explicit consent via our cookie banner (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).
- Advertising data - to measure the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns (Meta Pixel). Legal basis: your explicit consent via our cookie banner.
4. Cookies & Tracking Technologies
We use the following technologies:
- Google Tag Manager - a tag management container. By itself it does not collect data; it controls when other tags fire based on your consent choices.
- Google Analytics 4 (via GTM) - analytics reporting on site traffic and user behaviour. Only activated after you click "Accept All". Data is processed by Google LLC in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy.
- Meta Pixel (Pixel ID: 1343730477607504) - tracks conversions and enables retargeted advertising on Facebook and Instagram. Only activated after you click "Accept All". Data is processed by Meta Platforms, Inc.
- Functional cookies - strictly necessary to remember your language preference and cookie consent choice. These are always active and cannot be disabled.
You can withdraw your consent at any time by clearing your browser's local storage or cookies. This will cause the cookie banner to reappear on your next visit, and you may choose again.
5. Where We Store Your Data
Contact form submissions are stored in a private Google Spreadsheet accessible only to authorised Scanomat Partners staff. Google LLC processes this data on our behalf under a Data Processing Agreement in compliance with GDPR.
Analytics and advertising data are processed by Google LLC and Meta Platforms Inc. respectively. Both companies are certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, providing adequate data protection for transfers outside the EEA.
6. How Long We Keep Your Data
- Contact form data - retained for up to 24 months from the date of submission, or until the business relationship concludes, whichever is longer. After that period, records are permanently deleted.
- Analytics data - retained for 14 months in Google Analytics (default retention setting).
- Advertising data - retained by Meta for up to 180 days for conversion measurement.
7. Your Rights
Under the GDPR and applicable local data protection law, you have the right to:
- Access - request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Rectification - ask us to correct inaccurate data.
- Erasure - ask us to delete your data ("right to be forgotten").
- Restriction - ask us to limit how we process your data.
- Portability - receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
- Objection - object to processing based on legitimate interests.
- Withdraw consent - at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
